But the Nature Loves Him!!!

"He" , as everybody may expect is not a great founder of any big industry or an inventor or a scientist. He is not well educated either. A tall man of six feet height. Dark in complexion, a typical South Indian wearing a cotton Dhoti and hand loom shirt both white in color. His family consists of six members, his wife, and his 4 children and his aged mother. His main occupation is Agriculture but throughout the year he was able to earn with the cottage industry which includes harvesting cashew, processing and so on. Mostly he uses his bicycle to go to any place. He gave education to all his four children with the help of his income and now they have sufficiently grown up to stand on their own leg. He uses only organic manure, the minimum loss to nature at any cost. He too a tea-totaller indeed. He may very well be called the protector of The Nature for he will never anybody to cut any branch of a tree. He rather grows many trees and plants hundreds of them every year. He has traveled in buses to the minimum but not in cars and other two wheelers. Nothing to say about Aeroplanes and Trains. He lives very much attached with the Nature. We the civilized may call him names but the Mother Nature calls thus: 'The Hero |

"YOGA" has become a universally accepted science. It is Yoga which alone can prevent diseases. Not only preventive but also curative. The longivity of life is possible through proper diet, proper breathing, positive thinking, proper exercise and proper relaxation.
"proper"again has its own definition for every individual!
To begin with try to sit errect at a flat surface, close your eyes and observe your breathe alone. Try to avoid any thought entering your mind. You may feel like crying/laughing..... Do not bother, allow it to go.
Through continuous practice of this meditation everyday at the same time and at the same place and also at the same direction you will definitely get a small percentage of change in your behaviour.

Do it now and not tomorrow
Do it now and not tomorrow

Right from the childhood we are made to cultivate certain habits. These of course are done by our parents or elders in our family only for the better future.
Say for example we are taken to Temple or any place of worship for that matter which ultimately become a habit. These habits may cultivate a discipline in every individual.
It is the human tendency to be lazy. But this body is given only to work. A half of an hour of exercise everyday helps us to be active and brisk and to get rid of laziness.
Yoga is also a similar kind of a discipline, to keep us mentally as well as physically active. Is this all? No it is lot more than anybody described it or defined it ...
Unless and until one practice yoga at least for a minimum of six months he/she cannot feel any improvement. Cultivate this as a habit and try to have continued practice half an hour to one hour a day at least 5 days a week and feel the difference.
Do learn it from a good Teacher !!!

Balancing between LOOSE and TIGHT![]() |
WITH THE ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENCE AND Technology has the life got complicated for educated people in particular?<div>Generally people think that only illiterates or less cultured or civilized, do laugh loud in public and those so called civilized people do not show their emotions in public.</div><div>After closely observed I have come to the conclusion that those who are tight-lipped and refuse to even pass a smile are becoming the victims of fatal diseases, Heart disease in particular.</div><div> </div> The stress bound life style, achieving one or other target every day or so, has made the human devoid of humor. In country side people generally looks comparatively happy, in urban areas people looks frozen- faced and this is also one of the reason for getting heart attacks and that too becoming fatal. Even Doctors are also included in this list which means ... Some remedial measures: Be what you think [one and the same by thought and deed] Proper ventilation for your mind Laughter Tonic at regular intervals WALKING as regularly as possible LOOSE: I mean too casual and always laughing TIGHT: I mean too strict and do not at all talk with others leave alone the laughter for that matter. |
